OpenHand's UK operation is run in conjunction with a nationwide network of partners. In many instances this allows customers to work with their existing suppliers.
OpenHand's support centre works closely with our partners and where necessary or required we work directly with the customer. We have found this format to be extremely effective and has effectively built a wealth of OpenHand knowledge across the UK.
Our technical pre sales team are available to assist on site for the planning and deployment of any complex installations.
Our office based support team are available to provide remote installations for those customers who require assistance.
Our aim is for all of our customers to get the most from our market leading functionality. With this in mind we welcome enquiries from end users looking to increase their knowledge and we also provide an in depth range of Audio Visual Guides covering each operating platform separately, this allows users to learn at their own speed and has proven to significantly increase productivity via OpenHand.
