OpenHand provide training for both Admin consul users and for handsets. Traditionally this tended to be group sessions at our clients premises. Talking to our end users we have realised that this is an imposistion which can take valuable time out of their employees working day and relies on the end users picking up quite a lot of knowledge in one go. Not easy when a group can vary greatly in its technical ability.
To address this situation we have produced a wide range of audio visual guides enabling your end users to learn quickly and easily at their own speed at their PC.
Each OpenHand function is covered seperately and ranges in length from 1 to 3 minutes. This format means that your end users quickly learn how to get the most from OpenHand thereby maximising their productivity and your return on investment, they can also revisit the site as often as they wish.
